From May 15th to 17th, the Healthcare Hackathon Regensburg will bring together innovative minds to tackle challenges in the healthcare sector, with B-TacTix® motion capture gloves playing a key role in one of the most exciting challenges: Challenge 4: Gamification of Physiotherapeutic Exercises.
The Challenge
The goal of this challenge is to explore the potential of gamification in optimizing physiotherapy processes. Participants will use the B-TacTix® Motion Capture System to create a closed-loop system for tracking hand and arm movements in a rehabilitation game.
The task is to develop or adapt a game that not only motivates patients but also enhances the effectiveness of their physiotherapy. By capturing hand and arm movements in real time, B-TacTix® will assess movement intensity and evaluate the efficiency of rehabilitated muscles.
